Portable packs of healthy snacks are new at Wegmans this back-to-school season. The Rochester, N.Y.-based chain consulted shoppers via Twitter and its culinary and nutrition teams before finalizing the store-brand lineup of freshly cut fruits, vegetables, hummus and nut butter dips.
