Presenter: Tara-Ann Dugan is the Director of Consumer & Marketplace Insights at the National Pork Board. Tara’s journey began with 12+ years at McDonald’s, Hillshire Brands/Tyson, Nielsen, and Hammacher Schlemmer. With a background in syndicated research, food and foodservice as well as innovation, and consumer & shopper insights, she understands how pork is trending. Tara is a proud alum of University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and Roosevelt University, where she received a BS in Business Administration in 2005 and MS in Integrated Marketing Communications in 2008.
