RDBA WEBINAR: Mastering Meal Planning for Your Shoppers
Let’s face it, when it comes to meal planning, even the most organized retail dietitians may lack the time or energy to pull together a fully detailed plan for all of their shoppers. However, meal planning services are one of the many reasons customers seek out the help of a dietitian. Although this task can be time-consuming for dietitians, creating meal plans that are tailored to each unique customer’s needs can greatly increase their overall success with their nutrition goals and satisfaction with your retailer’s nutrition services. This can equate to an increase in their purchases and/or loyalty to your store. This presentation will discuss:
- Why you should add meal planning to your repertoire of offerings,
- How to understand the level of support shoppers want,
- What a variety of meal planning formats (e.g., at the store, 1-on-1, virtually) look like,
- An overview of available resources to help you get started, and
- How to demonstrate the return on investment (ROI) to your management team.
