Becki Holmes, MS, RDN, LDN is the Founder of Foodwit – a regulatory and food safety managed services firm serving the food and beverage industry.  Prior to Foodwit, Becki served various regulatory and scientific roles for Red Bull North America and Starbucks Coffee Company.  She is an active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, and has served in a variety of elected and appointed positions at the national level.  Becki has also served on several advisory boards including the Oregon State University Food Innovation Center and venture-backed food and technology startups.
