Are you ready to unearth the excitement behind the latest fungi frenzy? IRI data indicates mushroom sales have been strong through the pandemic, and there’s no better time to ensure you’re up to speed on all things mushroom. For this reason, RDBA is thrilled to announce the release of our newest EduTrac – Mushroom Mania.

Mushrooms are a flavorful superfood that benefits virtually every diet and cuisine. Mushrooms provide many of the same nutritional benefits as vegetables, as well as attributes commonly found in meat, beans and grains. While they are continuing to grow in popularity, there is still quite a bit of mystery regarding this third food kingdom.

This EduTrac® takes a closer look at mushrooms – both nutritionally and practically. From its sustainably grown beginnings to its culinary applications, this curriculum is intended to better prepare you for shopper questions, proactive promotions and engaging activities aimed to increase mushroom sales.
