Mikala’s food philosophy is simple: eat foods that are closest to their original form and make healthful decisions consistently. Mikala is passionate about food and nutrition and it ready to shift society’s “norm” to optimal health and nutrition. Allison Kuhn is a member of Kroger’s Corporate Dietitian team based in Cincinnati, Ohio. As a dietitian for Kroger, Allison provides food and nutrition expertise for Kroger’s customer communications and also works cross-departmentally to support health-related projects in digital marketing, pharmacy, employee wellness, and corporate brands. Chef Dietitian Julie Andrews shares her experiences as the Fox Valley Regional Health and Wellness Manager for Festival Foods, where she manages nutrition programing in the Fox Valley area stores. Julie is the team’s first Chef and writes The Hot Dish weekly blog as well as creates new items for Festival Food’s Eat Well program.
