If you've never attended, this FMI event brings together dietitians, pharmacists and marketing and merchandising staff to engage in dialogue around health and wellness in the retail space. As a part of our partnership with FMI, RDBA will be leading four sessions at this year's event:
Retail Metrics that Matter. The Return on Investment (ROI) of retail health and wellness programs is definitely a hot topic. This session will provide insight into effective ways to measure the ROI of these programs.
Everything I Needed to Know I Learned in Kindergarten. . .Except How to Work in The Food Industry. This entertaining and insightful session will help you understand key skills needed to survive and thrive in the business world.
Managing Sideways and Upwards. While it's not a part of training for most health professionals, careers in the retail space require that the ability to influence those above you as well as build partnerships with leaders in other departments. This session will provide coaching and tips for health professionals interested in becoming more influential with senior leadership within their company.
Registered Dietitians: The Success Factor for Retail Health & Wellness Programs.
This session is designed for retail and health and wellness executives, and using a panel format, will address how to hire dietitians, the best positioning within the corporate structure, and key roles and responsibilities of these health influencers.
