Today’s shopper uses a variety of technology tools and resources to find health information. From Twitter to Instagram to SnapChat to Pinterest to hard-copy in-store newsletters, the retail RD role requires expertise in communicating through many channels to meet all shoppers’ needs. There is one thing, however, that all consumers and experts will agree upon – information in a visual format is preferred.

In light of the demand for visual information, infographics have become an effective way to tell nutrition stories. But between purchasing images and hiring a designer, they can be expensive to create. To the rescue is HubSpot, a company that creates integrated marketing and sales tools. Because they believe infographics can be a powerful tool to capture the attention of your audience, HubSpot offers a free tool to create professional looking infographics using PowerPoint.

The attached document provides instruction for developing compelling infographics using PowerPoint. It also includes nine different templates to make the creation of infographics even easier.

We hope you find this document a great resource for telling their nutrition story and capturing the interest of your shoppers.
