Presenter: Becki Holmes, MS, RDN, LDN is a Registered Dietitian and the Founder of Foodwit – a consulting firm with a focus on scientific and regulatory services for food businesses. In addition to executing regulatory and scientific compliance programs, Becki's previous accomplishments have involved the development and implementation of policies related to trans fat, sodium, menu labeling, and caffeine initiatives. Becki is an active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and has served in a variety of elected and appointed positions at the national level. Becki also serves on the Board of Advisors for Nutritionix, a nutrition software company.
